Rumor Has It… (Download, Review)
Rumor Has It.. stars Jennifer Aniston as Sarah Huttinger, a confused and frustrated New York Times journalist who has just agreed to marry her longtime boyfriend Jeff. The problem is, she really isn’t sure if the marriage to Jeff is what she wants. Honestly, Sarah isn’t really positive about how she feels about much of anything, and she lives her life in a more or less constant state of ambivalence. But when she goes to her sister’s wedding, she meets a man who may just be able to give her the answers she’s been looking for. To download “Rumor Has It…” click on link bellow:

I’ve read a lot of negative reviews of this film, and I must say that I have to agree with many other critics who’ve said that this is a pretty dull film. I don’t think that this is as horrid as some are making it out to be, but it moves at a very slow pace and most definitely gets tiring after awhile. It isn’t outright painful, but it really isn’t very stimulating either.
In order for this type of character driven film to work, you have to care about the characters. And you really don’t. This is not a result of bad acting so much as it is a result of a bland script and direction. Jennifer Aniston certainly has acting ability, as does the rest of the cast, especially Kevin Costner. So no, it’s not bad acting to blame here. It’s just that the plot and screenplay drag on forever with no real point or climax. The film is heavily dialogue based, but not much is really said. Everything seems a bit shallow and trite, and you leave the theater feeling more than a tad bit ripped off. Sure, you might get a few laughs out of some of the sexual humor in the film, but those few chuckles really aren’t worth the price of entry. I would stay away from this film so sure.
